Matthew has 25 years of industry experience in textile, carpet, upholstery and floor maintenance and cleaning. He has owned and sold 2 commercial cleaning companies in the last 25 years…building both of them to service more than 100 buildings each with revenues of over a million dollars per year. Pro Steam Carpet Care has always serviced and maintained both the residential and commercial carpet cleaning clients. Matthew holds several certifications in the carpet cleaning industry and is the driving sales and marketing force behind Pro Steam Carpet Care. Pro Steam Carpet Care serves clients needing carpet, upholstery and tile cleaning in LaGrange GA, Hogansville GA, West Point GA, Pine Mountain GA, Greenville GA, Franklin GA, Valley AL, Lanett AL and Roanoke AL.
Ali Lowery
Co-Owner
Ali has over 30 years experience in the textile and carpet cleaning industries going all the way back to her employment as a senior warranty claims executive with West Point Pepperell Carpet Division which was later sold to Shaw Industries. During her tenure there she gleaned mass amounts of knowledge on carpet fiber identification and types along with managing a nationwide warranty claims department. For the last 15 years she has served as Co-Owner of Pro Steam Carpet Care and / or its parent company and affiliates. Ali also holds several industry certifications. Her day to day duties include managing the office, consulting with client phone calls, scheduling carpet cleaning appointments and handling the majority of the company financial dealings.
Cameron Alexander
Operations Manager
Cam is the foundation of Pro Steam Carpet Care as he is in charge of the “in the field” operations. His duties include everything from running a carpet care van to making sure all maintenance is performed on equipment and vehicles, stocking supplies on vans and keeping our technicians up to date on the latest training and safety methods as well as up to date cleaning techniques and equipment. His background includes commercial and residential carpet care as well as working in the auto manufacturing industry.
Richard Osborne
Commercial Account Manager
Richard has over 12 years of commercial carpet, tile and janitorial cleaning management experience. His main duties are training new associates on the aspects of commercial carpet and tile cleaning, managing commercial carpet and tile cleaning projects as well as scheduling commercial carpet, tile and upholstery cleaning projects with various property managers, building owners and business owners. His background includes over 25 years of customer service and management with one of the largest car and auto parts replacement and aftermarket parts distributors in the country.
